- 3 Eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Directions for Authentic French Crepes:
Sieve together flour, sugar, and salt; set aside. Beat the eggs and milk together with an electronic mixer in a large bowl. Beat it in flour mixture also until it is smooth; stir it in melted butter.
Give the high temperature to the lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over high heat medium. Fulfill or rub the butter onto the grill, using almost 2 tablespoons for each crepe, using approximately 2 tablespoons for each crepe. Pour and revolve pot to extend butter as lightly as possible. Tanned on both sides and dish up sizzling with syrup.

For me, appetizing fillings are the first flavors I imagine whenever I think about crepes. Whenever I have eaten these crepes in hotels or other places like parties and other functions, most of these crepes I have eaten in that functions, have been with spicy fillings and that’s why I prefer mine for more enjoyment. But it does not imply that I will ever bend down a crepe dripping with warm Nutella and packed it with the slices of sweet bananas because I love those too.
